I had a coworker whose brother played in a Super Bowl. His description of his brother after the game was shocking. They won, but his brother was in no mood to celebrate. He was beyond exhaustion. What you don't understand is that these are professional athletes who have learned how to focus, endure pain, and exhaustion all their life to get to where they are.
