Not expecting that sort of plan to work how they think it will. They may dodge a threat from the outside but not from within. Survival bunkers for the rich was even a plot device in a science fiction TV show a few years back. There was a high tech super bunker a bunch of elite had fled to in the face of an alien invasion/war from outer space. They all turned on each other over having the resources to themselves, stretching them out to last. By the time a lawman and his deputy came along some years later there was one guy left standing, mostly crazy by then and in disbelief that civilization had rebuilt in the interim. He was wigged out that they were there to actually rob him, so they just left him to it and went on their way.

None really.

The security staff will most likely slaughter the owners and take their places. Repeat that cycle a few times and see who is left.

Things that get broken will never be fixed. Supplies that run out will never be replenished. Those bunkers will become elaborate tombs for their occupants. Whatever remains of value will be scavenged by the neighbors after things get quiet in there.

As you pointed out in post #22, rich people operate off service crews and wealthy people require even more service crew numbers.

All will have gate codes and various entry codes throughout the property for access.
