The Roosevelt player and her head coach should get suspended. Then they'll have to take a workshop in order to get their suspension lifted. They probably won't do that, but it's what they should do.

The comment attributed to the district sounds like they are calling the coach and team members liars. According to the district it was only one mild comment about Palestine.
