My understanding of the term, "cisgender" is that it is the woke applet for normal, heterosexual. It is used by the Left as an insult, but like EVERYTHING the Left does, they failed.
An insult only works if the target accepts it as such.

While on the one hand I reject nonbinary anything, I am ruefully enjoying the women’s discomfort, on the other hand.

Cisgender has nothing to do with being heterosexual, you can be gay and be cisgender.
Cisgender, for some reason, means you were the sex you were born, in accordance with your chromosomes. So, if you were born a man, and still say your a man, you are cisgender.
