So why hasnt Congress passed a bill with billions of dollars in money for Ukraine?

Corrupt Ukraine. That’s why Congress hasn’t passed additional funding.
If there’s so much interest, then those people are welcome to go volunteer much like the Reddit Pride Brigade who actually did so but got themselves blown up because they couldn’t stop live blogging.
We have no strategic interests in Ukraine, money laundering and Soros/Klaus schemes are not a US Strategic Interest.
It honestly is a Eurozone problem, since they keep badmouthing the US then THEY can step up and show us how it’s done then.
