I agree with that principle, always. I think it’s also important to remember that we’re all different. What ‘works’ for one may not for another. For example, my major food group is raw salads, but I’ve lost count of how many people who’ve told me “I could NEVER do that, it would give me diarrhea!” But it doesn’t do that to me. (I *am* as regular as clockwork, though.)

I’ve heard thousands of ACV success stories, and only a few poo pooing the idea. But I’ve never heard of it ruining someone’s gut biome. I reckon you can over use damn near anything, however. It’s not good to eat a lot of yeast as far as I know. It’s actually heavily discouraged because yeast is a fungus. Fungus will make you crave sugar (like candida). If she were my client I would recommend more fermented food, and possibly a high quality probiotic and pre-biotic.
I fear she doesn’t have enough hydrochloric acid in her stomach. I’d ask if she has reflux. Lemons are the answer to that.
Her bread sticks may actually be starting to ferment after a week resting. The yeast isn’t activated much because it’s in the fridge. Her gassiness is from the yeast eating carbs from the flour. In other words, it’s “proofing” in her gut. That could be dangerous.

I was wrong there. for the videos on the the House portal, it was approx 900 minutes which is approx 15 hours.
If there are videos else where, I am unaware of it.
This makes me wonder if maybe he's keeping back a certain group of them for the specific purpose of release at a later opportune time. The old John Mellencamp song talking about "the walls come tumblin' down" keeps going through my mind.
Granted, the above is 100% speculation. But, taking all of Johnson's actions thus far as Speaker into account, I believe we haven't seen the end of the J6 story yet. Not by a long shot.

Oh my. Truer words were never spoken. I love vegetables and fruits, but if I don’t have a significant amount of meat protein every day, my body just doesn’t work or feel right, and I get muscle pain. Protein drinks help but they contain other things that I don’t want to consume (sucralose, etc.). At the same time, I know people who could never eat the amount of meat that I eat and feel good. For them, more than a small portion binds them up.

I know about acid reflux as my hub had it very, very severely some years ago. Inflamed esophagus, got to the point where he could barely talk. We didn’t know what it was and finally figured it out was acid reflux/GERD. Went for OTC at first; utterly useless, but he wanted to try. So I dug into my herb books, primarily Ayurveda, and worked out a cure. Within a few months he was fine, but still has to avoid overdoing certain foods.
There are different constitutional types, and “fire” types are much more prone to acid reflux, as well as being attracted to foods that aggravate it. Funny how that works. Thus, different constitutional types (and everyone is somewhat of a blend, but usually one predominant) and thus have different foods, as well as other habits/types of exercise, colors and so on that are best for them.
For fire types, spicy and sour foods are usually aggravating especially if overdone (another fire trait). Naturally, my husband loves pickles chocolate, which has acid which often aggravates acid conditions. Dutched chocolate is less acidy as it is treated with an alkali which makes it better for people with acid reflux. Lemons are very sour, in other words have a lot of acid, and very much aggravate acid reflux.
An old friend’s adult son also developed GERD around the same time frame, and he read about the lemon cure, so he followed the directions. The result? His condition went from bad to worse, in the extreme.
I developed a treatment plan for my hub, and it took several months, but even now he has to avoid overdoing on pickles, chocolate and a few other items such as sour fruits. If he overdoes, he gets some acid symptoms. I probably posted the treatment on the Natural Health thread; I have a document and can post it there again if anyone is interested, primarily diet and some herbs, especially aloe juice, one brand is the best.
Some days ago (when...? Time flies) Johnson visited Trump at Mar-a-Lago. I found that interesting. Who knows what they discussed? No one but them most likely, other than people also in on the plan.
I do have another “working theory” of how Trump may get back in the WH before 2024. If I have time, and it’s short, I’ll post on the new thread.
