I have two autoimmune diseases, possibly three, and my ancestry is in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. All around the Mediterranean…

There is SOMETHING wonky going on in my genes.

“I have two autoimmune diseases”

One has been enough for me. The joy of having an over-enthusiastic and hostile immune system. While most people want to strengthen their immune system, some of us have to kill off the little traitors.

One big mystery is why aren’t the renegade antibodies always causing trouble? Instead they just simmer along until some unknown factor pisses them off and they start cranking out massive amounts of trouble. For me the trigger can be something common like ibuprofen. Or a virus. Or a vaccine to fight a virus. Sometimes it’s damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

I hear ya…
I have sarcoidosis and ulcerative colitis. Both working together destroyed my liver. I was blessed with a new one through transplant surgery 2 1/2 years ago, and the “best part” is I still have both diseases.

If our immune systems weren’t so STUPID, they would realise that they are killing themselves, as well!

Part of my problem may be genetic, but I don’t know my biological family, as I was adopted when I was 5 months old. I did have a DNA test, so I have a theory that it may be genetic, but I don’t know for sure.
Things are as they are, and I’m blessed to be here.

“I have sarcoidosis and ulcerative colitis. Both working together destroyed my liver.”

That will keep me from whining about nephrotic syndrome. By comparison I’m lucky. As you say “Things are as they are, and I’m blessed to be here.”

“Part of my problem may be genetic”

I think that autoimmune researchers believe that most of these diseases are genetic. They just haven’t identified them all yet. My troublemaker is a CD20 protein, and it’s encoded by the MS4A1 gene. There’s a MAB that will kill off immune cells expressing CD20 so I get to use that. But like most of these meds it’s very strong and carries side effects.

Should we make sure not to wonder if vaccines cause autoimmune disease?

I certainly wish you well. Thank God for modern medicine.

“Should we make sure not to wonder if vaccines cause autoimmune disease?”

I hate to spoil another kook jab theory but autoimmune diseases are genetic. Vaccines can sometimes trigger them to relapse but they don’t cause the disease.

Well, I reckon they’re not going to be passing it on to their progeny.

So your answer is yes, nobody should ever try to find out if vaccines cause disease?

My answer is you should try learning actual medical science instead of pushing your usual crackpot vaccine paranoia

Don’t get upset at me. I didn’t tell Fauci and the rest of the criminals to unleash bioweapons on massive numbers of innocent people.

If they had asked for my advice prior to doing it, I would have told them not to, because it’s morally wrong and you’ll get caught.

Now it’s too late for them.

“Don’t get upset at me. I didn’t tell Fauci and the rest of the criminals to unleash bioweapons on massive numbers of innocent people.”

Well that would include Trump and Operation Warp Speed if it were true. But it’s not, it’s something that stupid people who wallow in their ignorance and moral pretension love to parrot.

Fauci played no role at all in Warp Speed and developing the Covid vaccines. One of the easy tells for weeding out dopes is that after 3 years you still don’t know who did.

Trump does, of course. And keeping with his long time habit of best practices he listens to people with long experience in vaccines and infectious disease, not grifters and antivax nuts. If he ever does decide to toss logic and reason overboard then maybe he will embrace the know nothings who call vaccines “bioweapons”.

You mean when Trump told us repeatedly it’s better to use ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and other treatments and that a vaccine is not necessary?

And when the vaccine injuries didn’t get bad until Bidan took “office?”
