““phobia” is supposedly Greek for an ‘irrational or excessive fear.’
This is created when it severely restricts your life. I’m sure you have seen the pro-palestine demonstrators trying to do harm in mny places in the US. If one of those wackos does something stupid and shoots or beats someone like the Jewish student at Tulane. We’ve had a few of them here in the northwest. Some elsewhere were:

Trying to lesson the fer of something thtg has been displayed with beheadings, burning of live bodies, shootings, kidnapping, using people for the assault liker hiding weapons in a hospital...
How violent does it have to get or ends up in your neighborhood before the fear is so intense people are scared for their lives?
A phobia is an overwhelming and debilitating fear of an object, place, situation, feeling or animal. Phobias are more pronounced than fears. They develop when a person has an exaggerated or unrealistic sense of danger about a situation or object. I don’t see an exagerated or unrealistic fear. Did you know th the term native American didn’t exist until the late 1940’s. People started substituting it for the American Indian. Wrong use.
