Iceland, however, given its demographics and economy is particularly screwed when everyone is asleep at the switch.
Both the government and the citizenry need a boot up the bum.
This maybe because of government drones with ground penetrating radar being used. There are plenty of cracks and unseen voids beneath the town they need to find..
The blackout is not related to a lack of energy
