They went to Ukraine to pay their soldiers and pensions.
I thought that was all supposed to be included in those appropriation Bills shoved down our throats in order to keep the government running.
I was about $1,500 off because I missed a small W2 - got a letter so I called and they told me what was missing. Said I’ll check and call you back in 3 days.
I called them back - told them they were right and I was wrong but I didn’t know how I had missed it - oops 😬
The mistake was mine. Blow interest and I made regular $50 payments each month.
Had plenty withheld going forward so they took the balance out of the next year’s refund; so it was all good.

I worked for NY State for 25 years. If you worked overtime, it took them 6 weeks to pay you for it, but if you owed them money, because they overpaid you for something, they took it out the next paycheck.

I would expect that. Trump, unlike the other useless scum inhabiting our government, has at least had to meet a payroll, and understands the bad things that will result from failure to meet promises that pay people for work performed.

What state or states did this become apparent. Personnel are federally funded but under state control (Governor is Commander in Chief of his respective state’s guard troops) It’s the state that sets the requirement for pay to be sent as the amount is going to fluctuate depending on troop manning documents and vacant slots. So this problem belongs to the state government for their failure to follow through on the procedure. This is another one of those DON’T ASK, DON’T TELL anyone the truth why they didn’t get paid.
