I was going jab you on the dosage, but I see the idiots at NIH wrote just what you posted (maybe they’re trying to kill people or something). Anyway, one can look up “mg” on Google and see it says MILLIGRAMS. Since most people weigh 50 to 100 kilograms, then the above dosage would be 15 grams of Ivermectin, which is about 1000 times the standard dosage.
To put it another way it should be MICROgrams/kg(of body weight).
Looks like they're in progress for covering a couple of the other finished water reservoirs. Still, not a good situation.
Same issue happens in my part of the country, where large metro area water systems bully their way around the Safe Water Drinking Act regs, putting their customers at risk all for the sake of avoiding the heat of raising rates to mitigate hazards.
I don't depend on their advice. My doc has prophylatically prescribed our dosages of Edenbridge Pharmaceuticals' nicely packaged tablets, each 3mgs. Courtesy of our doc, we've these in our medicine chest for "as needed." It is sad that the "powers that be" have taken such a strong stance against ivermectin, and especially funded piss-poor studies. Out-o-patent, it is such a threat to Big Pharma, in part because continuing revelations seem to indicate anti-parasitic, anti-viral, and anti-cancer properties in certain instances.
"15 grams of Ivermectin" would be just plain wrong. But probably not lethal compared to -- say -- remdesivir and ventilation. We've been so played.... Regards.

Ivermectin is used worldwide against a broad range of endoparasites (nematodes) and ectoparasites (acarine, insects) of humans and animals. Moreover, a number of studies have shown activity of the drug against protozoan parasites such as Giardia lamblia, Cryptosporidium.

Side note: I’ve been taking IVM prophylactically since late 2021. The stuff is amazing — cured my case of covid, and has gone on to cure my severe GERD, arthritis, various skin tags/warts, toenail fungus, and it’s reduced my blood pressure so much that I’ve been able to reduce my med dose by 1/2 to 3/4.
IVM also prevents / treats / cures some forms of cancer, hypertension, M.S., Parkinson’s, and a host of other diseases and conditions. (Now whenever I see the MSM screaming about some new “DREAD” disease or condition, I just search for it plus IVM — odds are, IVM treats it.)

The IVM dose recommended by Dr Z for covid prophylactic use is 0.2 MG of IVM per KG of weight — twice a week, Days 1 and 3.
The dose for active infections is 0.4 MG of IVM per KG, for 5 to 7 days. (Plus the other supplements.)

I live in Memphis. The best water quality in the world. The Delta sands and silt filter so well. The minerals and hardness are perfect. I laugh when I see people here drinking store bought bottled water. Can’t fix stupid I suppose?
Most of Wisconsin is liquid chalk. A softener is a must have. Interesting how water quality varies so much as you travel. South Carolina was fantastic water quality. The mountains of Pennsylvania has water that smells like rotten eggs if you have a hot water heater that’s electric. Just awful.

I know people bitch about how much they pay for their water bill. There was one Privately owned System that charged IIRC $18.00 @ month for service including the meter and the first 2000 gallons and $1.25 per 1000 additional gallons and those customers would bitch, piss and moan about it and claim that the meter was reading incorrectly because it was old. We would explain that an older meter was going to read in their favor because of the wear and deposits of minerals on the parts in the meter and if we replaced it with a new meter that the Bill would go up because of the cleaner and more accurate new meter. Most of them would say well than leave the old one there. The ones that didn't believe us would insist on a new meter so we would change it out. Then next month they would bitch about it because the bill went up. Of course they also had the greenest yard in the subdivision (in the Texas Hill Country where grass isn't native. That's why the smart ones would leave the native grass , plants, cacti and trees.) and a swimming pool in the backyard that had to be topped up regularly because of evaporation.
But they had no problem with paying $1-2 for a 16 or 20 Oz Bottle of water at the store. And the water from the system was excellent Ground Water that was naturally filtered by the Limestone in the Aquifer. We did have to add CL2 (Chlorine) by the Water Commission Regulations but we only put in just enough to meet the Testing Requirements.
I spent 10+ years in the Water Treatment Plant in several locations in Texas and not a one of them stored Finished Water in an open hole in the ground. That's just STUPID STOOPID STUPID !!!
As far as the epa dufusoids are concerned their Regs and Requirements are not worth much. Texas has higher standards than the epa-oids do for Treated Water.
Apparently the issue is counterfeit Berkey filters. Mike Adams tested a Berkey and a few other filters, and the Berkey was near the top of the list for filtration effectiveness.
I was trying to be ironic, as the EPA has shut down sales of Berkey filters, at least temporarily.
I didn’t know that. We use zero water filtration, but now I’m noticing what looks like mold on the inside of the container. Faint little white clouds. I’ve taken to putting a few drops of bleach in the receptacle. Our water is not fit to drink without filtration.
You should look into chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant. It’s not as toxic as bleach (sodium hypochlorite).
You can get tablets right from Amazon, and they are for water purification.
