Even a Weber Kettle is not good at slow smoking. Their Bullet Grills are a different story. You can do 4 and 8 hour smoke jobs without constant fussing.

You must be running a wood chip smoke tube in the cooking area for smoke flavor? Or not using it for low and slow as Pellets just don’t impart much BBQ smoke flavor. That or you don’t like smoke flavor.
Instead of electric you should just cook with the original power source: atomic power would be the most fun. Wind would just dry out the meat.
Can’t wait to throw crickets on that electric grill for the July 4th weekend of 2027!

I missed the story, I just can’t get past just how gay this writer is. I was waiting for the end to reveal that his girlfriend broke up with him by saying “Perhaps it’s best if we broke up and dated other men.”
I can appreciate your advice but if word gets out you’re smokin’ 7 is small potatoes.
