Things began changing seriously a few months after 9-11, when your party went beyond the normal partisan rough and tumble with George W. Bush.

Bush did succeed in unifying the country. Nobody likes him now (except maybe Jeb!).

We already have nullification -- sanctuary cities. Not a solution to anything, and probably likely to result in war if taken further. Secession won't solve all our problems and would probably create some. Nobody wants to get off the couch for a revolution or a civil war, but some crisis or catastrophe might possibly knock some sense into the country. Otherwise, who knows?

Yes we're living in a different time, this isn't 1861. The Left is destroying the notion of nationhood so no one can claim any allegiance to The United States of America, only some tribalistic, Balkanized mish mash.

Prayer is our best hope.
