Damm. Another over priced crappy store I can’t boycott.
~~~
Best Buy is one of the few places I’ve actually patronized (unlike target, but light, and so many of the other ones) but you are right. They are wayyy overpriced and I keep my visits to best buy down to emergency or last minute convenience purchases that are usually not that big, like the usb blue tooth adapter I recently needed.
They are rediculous. You would pay $35.00 for a $8.00 computer keyboard in there.
There are almost always better options than Best Buy.
They are another big box store that is slowly being killed off by Amazon, but in their case, I am not going to complain
Best buy?
I can not fathom bb banning anyone considering they are one step in front of Fry’s (crash and burned over a year ago).
But is seems as though there is a Alissa Heinerscheid / Daniel Blake prog team that will swear on YOUR grave that hiring progs and queers (what they are really looking for) will cause there business to expand.
It’s a shame that all those thousands of day-to-day employees have no say and will probably not survive the RIFs when the blacks only policy produces the results any normal person would expect.
.
The advertisement is for a Minority Management Program.
Ok so they want to increase the number of minority employees, or possibly they think minorities will take lower pay than whites.
Cheap imported goods, cheap imported labor — watch out, whites, which includes me.
I agree they’re asking for trouble with that ad, unless most of their business comes from minorities.
They are also, apparently, ignoring white customers. I went in last year with cash in hand, needing a laptop. as I browsed and looked for someone to assist me, Blue shirts retreated and vanished from the area. I left empty handed. I wont ever go back and if this is true, it seals the deal
There goes the inventory
The left the major shopping area in west Knoxville about 6 months ago, I guess.
I’d bud light them but I don’t shop there anyhow. Oh wait I bought a stove there a few years ago... Never again.
The Best Buy store in New Tampa been closed for about 4 years.
I have dealt with them for years.
Fast and fair shipping..
Excellent pricing.
Last carbon film resistors I got were
like 90 for one dollar
Disk capacitors for a penny...
1N4007 for 2 cents ea
small signal transistors for like a dime ea
.
Amazon show room lmao
Nah — who’d be that paranoid? It’s probably another one of those “conspiracy theories.”
“Best Buy? Oh, Amazon’s show room.”
LOL. So true.
I don’t believe this is real.
Bozeman apparently used to bus urban outdoorsmen to Butte.
Is Bozeman a sanctuary city where Abbott and RDS can send illegal interlopers?
If Matt Rosendale is not your rep, one should consider moving somewhat to the east.
I needed some threaded bolts for wood and the 2 local hardware stores did not have the right kind. One employee said to look at amazon and I did and I now have what I want. More then I need but it was inexpensive to get many more then just several.
Same for drill bits my sister needed. Some small diameter ones had broken and getting 10 of them was a choice but I bought her a 230 Pieces Titanium Twist Drill Bit Set.... $39.95
That looks more like the old (in their heyday) Radio Shack store! I absolutely LOVED Radio Shack and Tandy stores!
Of course, back then, we kids actually BUILT radios, we didn’t go buy one! We MADE our own belts and hatbands, we didn’t go buy one! I made my first voltmeter from a small kit and extra parts purchased at Radio Shack! Made a radio. Made a remote control for my light switch (had two small actuator arms attached above and below the switch, and depending on the button I pushed, it would turn the switch on and off)!
I could get lost for hours in a brick-and-mortar store like Tayda Electronics!
