Michigan WAS stolen.
They stopped counting votes at midnight, sent the poll watchers home and brought back only the democrats.
I remember seeing videos back then of people, in the dark, carrying cardboard boxes and ice chests into the polling centers.
Pre-printed ballots?

A valid defense might be to show that the defendants were right. Could this be used as a backdoor method of introducing evidence that proves, in court, that the election was stolen?
