Interestingly, the Russian public has realized the truth of your statement.
The Russian citizens have found out the hideous facts Putin has attempted to hide from them. They are responding by escaping across the Russian border, sabotaging with fire trains/railroads, military facilities/factories & military recruiting offices.
The Russian soldiers are surrendering to take advantage of “THE I WANT TO LIVE” program created to help the Russian soldiers brutalized by their own government: both Putin and Kremlin.
