All I can do is smile and say “good on ya”! Now treat her right! Let’s face it a lot of men aren’t healthy, they are over weight, eat too much, drink too much or do drugs and don’t exersise. You don’t have to be in the gym every day but DAMN IT, BREAK A SWEAT AT LEAST A COUPLe OF TIMES A DAY!
