From numerous different articles and Twitter, it appears that "whistleblowers" have been testifying directly to the IGIC, which is why these allegations made to Senate and Congression Intel committees were deemed to be "credible and urgent."

You raise a good point. But I think the Senate bill (not Rubio) is aimed at cutting DOD funding that makes its way to contractors for such work.

I haven't read the bill yet though and can only assume the Senators writing the bill have considered your point. That said, you know what's said about government work.

I think Marco Rubio is a personal eye witness. Like Harry Reid he has been on top of the UFO thing for many years now. Reid knew stuff we did not know. This serves no purpose except to finally expose the truth and protect whistle blowers.

Here will be a tell all... If anyone opposes this bill then that will be the proof they are indeed real. Especially if it happens to be the usual MIC club... If they are not real then absolutely no one will oppose this bill at all.
