an interesting map.
3 states with zero.
Proud to say Iowa is 10+
I think they’re looking pretty hard to fill out the roster of state by state “attacks on rights.” The California example is a parental notification of student gender issues bill. Oh the humanity!
They already have more rights than the rest of us.
Being against mutilating children is “attacking gays”?
What right are being denied? Sodomy is not a right
It was just a matter of time before the ACLU became the protector of PEDOPHILIA and CHILE GROOMING. They threw out protecting the Bill of Rights a generation ago.
Attacks. Collectivists are word masters.
The video shows the othersexuals veering their truck into the sane people lane.
Azzho Cumpulsive Liars Union. LOL. Far-left loser biatches.
LGBTQXYZ have no more rights than normal people and they also have no less rights than normal people...
Everyone has the SAME rights no matter what....
I guess the ACLU is checking crotches?
Being against mutilating children is “attacking gays”?
They’re not called the anti-christian liberties union for nothing.
I live in Texas. The alphabet people aren’t lacking any rights. They have the same, if not more, rights as I do.
Discussing and promoting sexual deviancy to schoolchildren is not a right. Pushing your vile fetishes in people’s faces is not a right. Convincing children that they were born the wrong sex and allowing them to be mutilated and have their lives destroyed is not a right. Demanding that we pay attention to and accept your depravity is not a right. Suck it up, alphabet people.
Saw an interesting banner hanging off of a bridge in East Tennessee this afternoon...it displayed the six stripes of the fag flag, with the word ‘GROOMER” printed on it.
They have the same rights as us normals. No more, no fewer.
They mean bills which protect kids from those who want to mutilate and sexually and politically exploit them.
And they are fighting for the “rights” of grown man to indulge their sexual fantasies in front of children.
ACLU has damn little to say about State/Fed incursions on the 2nd Amendment

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
Patriots are reminded that the only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect limits the scope of such laws to voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.
"19th Amendment:The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
In fact, while the hearts of some civil rights leaders and lawmakers have undoubtedly been in the right place, the consequence of wide-spread ignorance of the significance of constitutionally enumerated protections is that probably most federal civil rights laws (Democratic vote-winning) are unconstitutional imo.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Also, not only are pro-LGBT activist states still obligated to respect 1st Amendment-protected free speech and religious expression, but the corrupt federal government should not be allowed to use the Full Faith and Credit Clause as a back door to allow renegade LGBT states to force LGBT agenda on other sovereign states imo.
"Article IV, Section 1: Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof."
Regarding 2024 elections, it's up to us patriots to initiate the final stage of Trump 47's second term mission to finish draining the swamp by primarying as many of our beloved state and federal lawmakers and executives as we can.
After all, given the issue of this thread, politicians are once again showing that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.
In fact, given that one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the unconstitutionally big federal government to dictate domestic policy is to run the Mail Service, most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers imo, the worst problem that the peacetime country will ideally be looking at with a tsunami of freshman federal lawmakers is a delay with mail delivery.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Trump can endorse candidates that Constitution-savvy patriots recommend as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.
The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career celebrity state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.
