Something off there....
We synchronized dropping heavy textbooks exactly on the half hour. No harm or damage but the disruption got some who organized this “the talk”.
They probably run successful businesses nowadays.
The goal used to be for the prank to be discovered and leave people wondering how the hell they did that. Not be given a key from the principal and just do destruction. Fools.

The best was when someone filled the A/C chiller full of dish washing soap. It was one of those big outdoor units that runs water inside through slats. There are pictures in the yearbook of cars covered with bubbles.

The idiot principal needs to be made to clean it all up and then pay for any damages. Some books you can judge by the cover. She looks like a dolt.
As for pranks in general, they aren’t pranks when they cause harm and somebody else has to clean the mess up. They are instead irresponsible and disrespectful actions by the few at the expense of the many. I never had the urge for that.
