I’m guessing you’ve not given the least consideration to the likelihood that it will actually be Russia that will be rebuilding that city… just like they’re currently energetically rebuilding the city and port of Mariupol?
Oh… and thank you for not posting pictures of the many, many thousands of graves of the Ukrainian men and boys that Zelensky sacrificed in the meat grinder that is represented in your “after” pictures. I pray for your soul as you continue your relentless cheerleading for this horrible war.
Even if the Ukrainians, who never tell the truth, were in this case, only a fool doesn’t realize that Russia does or will control Artyomovsk and will remain part of the Russian Federation for as long as any of us are still breathing.
