Lawfare is underway and Rupert Murdoch doesn’t have the stomach for it. Not surprising that the lawsuits are always in heavily never Trump areas where the rule of law or Justice isn’t important (like the Southern District of NY). Carlson’s great sin was that he attacked the powers to be, and they decided to teach Conservatives a lesson.

Yes that is the primary issue, but she herself raised the issue of her Jewishness as being an integral part of the lawsuit, so it’s not out of bounds to mention that fact. If instead of being Jewish she was black or something and raised that point, that too would have introduced race into the discussion.
But yeah the real issue here is that she’s a woke lefty and is trying to obscure this by pretending the real issue is because she’s Jewish and a woman. She probably wouldn’t have much of a lawsuit if her claim of retaliation was based on her being a lefty so she had to bring these other things up.

I worked for 31.5 years. I had a boss or two that didn’t like me and probably wanted me fired. What did I do? Hated them but listened to what they wanted and did it, guess what? I was never fired. It’s just part of life and not always pleasant. You just do it and no one has to launch huge lawsuits because you get criticized, hollered at or told mean things.
I don’t even know where to begin in describing my utter disgust and contempt at the whole rotten woke apparatus being used against us in media and education with the support of leftist courts. It is winning as well.

Politically conservative and Orthodox Jews—the ones you named and others such as Prager and Horowitz—are among MAGA's strong supporters. Unfortunately, conservative Jews comprise approximately 10% of ethnic Jews in America. Many people get the two issues confused: ethnicity vs religious belief or practice.
I'd like to point out that this confusion also applies to so-called Christians. Adhering to an apostate denomination and bringing a pie to the church potluck does not make one a true believer, subject to the Holy Spirit's guidance.
That said, I agree with jimwatx's view that she is the one who made her ethnicity part of the lawsuit. As woke claims are going these days, the fact that Tucker affirmed his own Christianity was probably what she considered the affront to her.
yes - i was referring more to the association of woke/left with Jew in the discussion. here we all know how many of the prominent thinkers/voices on the Right are Jews.
