In 2016, Mrs. Clinton insisted the campaign someone in a Donald Duck costume to attend Trump appearances to highlight that Donald is Ducking releasing his tax forms. She thought it was a clever joke, the campaign operatives thought it was lame. She made them do it anyway. It was lame.
