Tough guy.
The Supreme Court ruled long aho that capital punishment for rape was unconstitutional. It would be interesting to see if they would carve out an exception.
OK, now you’re back on track, DeSantis...
I support this as a national platform
The fact he’s pushing for it is wonderful and will make a lot of dems cry foul.
He’s absolutely correct.
The “gay” activists on Twitter are freaking out over this.
Wonder why.
They’re freaking out because they’re PEDOs.
I like it.
So, then, what is the appropriate punishment for the STATE when it facilitates the MUTILATION and physical harm to children due to state directed gender dysphoria?
Asking for a friend, since the entire left coast is about to go all out against parents’ rights.
Are they really? Can you post some of them here?

Interesting. I never knew that. It would make things interesting indeed.
I saw some of these cases years back. This type of devoid cannot be fixed and there is only one solution and DeSantis is correct as is anyone else who says the same thing. Things with this brain imprint will never stop. When you see devoids like the Epstein/Clinton types after underage women they are no better.
I’m not saying we do away with them inhumanely, it would be best to make a very large meat cutter - the kind you see at the deli counter. Place the thing on it after the thing has been heavily sedated but not completely sedated. Then flip the switch and let them watch what happens in a mirror.

“The Supreme Court ruled long aho that capital punishment for rape was unconstitutional. “
No, it did not. The ruling was against the odds ways in which capital punishment was used. It never said rape was not a valid reason.
I just looked them up. Coker v. Georgia is from the 70s and covers adult rape. Kennedy v. Louisiana is from 2008 and covers child rape. No death penalty.
Are you referring to Cokee v Georgia or a different case?
That’s a no brainer!
I agree. I will support the whole concept as a part of the national platform. Contact me here.
Long ago for rape in general, yes. They didn’t rule that it was unconstitutional for rape of a child until 2008. These were the justices in the majority in that case:
Anthony M. Kennedy (Author)
John Paul Stevens
David H. Souter
Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Stephen G. Breyer
I’m fairly confident that today’s majority may see it differently if they get an opportunity to revisit it.
Florida may be asking the high court to revisit that. These are the justices that made the ruling in Kennedy v. Louisiana:
Anthony M. Kennedy (Author)
John Paul Stevens
David H. Souter
Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Stephen G. Breyer
