my point is that if a kid that is 12 or 13 can get sex change surgery without their parents permission or an abortion, they are old enough to face the death penalty.

Apparently they were all in a "burglary gang" together and at the time of the murder, the three victims were trying to buy a stolen firearm from the killers.
