At publishing time, The Daily Wire had responded with a new non-woke country album featuring Jeremy Boreing and Toby Keith.Gold

Country music is Johnny Cash, Merl Travis, Bonnie Raite, even Jorma and John Prine.
The stuff they”ve been calling “country” for the last decades is just piles and piles of utter $**t.
Douche-music for Sean Hannity types.

Country music stopped being good in the mid 80s to me.

LOL!
Most of it just belongs to the Pop Music category now. Predictable, repetitive, and just boring. Things go in cycles I suppose. This is a bad cycle.

Lots of great country music around today, just not in the CMA crowd.
The Mavericks, Billy Strings, Marcus King, Willie Carlisle, Colter Wall, Sturgill Simpson, many more. The crap on the radio sucks though.

"It's a true testament to American ingenuity, to keep finding new and innovative ways to suck," Nahhh, they're just talking about 'Florida Georgia line' band which everyone but Sean Hannity knows sucks monkey Balls.

I couldn’t find a DFW terrestrial radio station this morning that wasn’t talking about Taylor Swift’s concerts over the weekend at Jerryworld.
Completely useless.

Fortunately for me, I turned it off before the degeneration started.
I don’t understand why there are not millions of more country stars, just like rap stars. Now, the distance between “stars” and the average man on the street has to be determined by a microscope.

I don't hear much Taylor Swift on country radio these days. She's more of a pop artist now, has been for years. In fact, even her earlier songs were more pop than country.
Nowadays you hear a lot of Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson, Bailey Zimmerman, Zach Bryan and such on country radio. Not quite as bad as people make it out to be. People tend to focus on the negative.
I get most of my country from Sirius XM like Willie's Roadhouse, Y2K Country, Prime Country and Highway. Dwight Yoakam has a station based on the Bakersfield sound that I sort of like in small doses.
My only big beef with Sirius is that the Highway hosts are way too chatty in the morning. Can't handle all the inane chit-chat. So I switch over to Classic Rock or something like that.

Yes thank you, but you need festivals and
YouTube to hear those arrists. Willie Nelson started a project pushing many of them. I admit to liking some of Nikel Creek’s stuff...lol.
Billy Strings is amazing - since childhood - too bad so few into “country” ever heard him.
