It’s a crazy world.
My teen age grandniece asked me if I was mad at her because I used a period in a text. It seems amongst teens, periods, commas etc mean one is angry.

"Fine" is what your wife says to you when you ask her how she is and she is actually far from fine. When the wife says "fine" it becomes the task of the husband to find out what is wrong with the wife and to make it right.
I learned a long time ago not to text "OK" to my wife. She gets very disturbed by that response and thinks that I'm mad at her. In response to picking up something on the way home, it is necessary for me to respond along the lines of "Yes, love of my life, I will happily get that for you. Is there anything else you would like for me to pick up for your while I'm still out and about? I can't wait to see you when I get home!"
