Wasnt BLM the brainchild of some white liberal/progressive guys?
So basically it’s another money laundering scheme for the Democrats like the unions are.

Corporate donations need to be banned. Let them pass their excess cash through to their shareholders or employees, who can decide for themselves who to support.

What if those finds were donated, instead, to medical care for all our poor citizens?

That looks like enough money to fund their own ‘muh reparations’.

Until then I thought they would always avoid the insanity instead of contributing to it

They merely redirected funds that had previously been allotted to Jesse Jackson's Rainbow-Push annual shakedown.

It’s that “BLM & Related Causes” that gives me pause. How much went to BLM directly? How “related” are the causes? It’s hard to get excited about BLM money when the data has a label on it that broad. Though it is tempting to assume the causes were just another channel to BLM.

Foot Locker and Nike donated millions...how did that work out for them?

Looks like BLM should be able to pay for restoring the cities and businesses burned down, all by themselves.

There’s hardly a consumer in the entire United States who is not being “billed” for these extravagances, whether by their bank, their insurance company or their healthcare system.

Some of the companies gave in the billions — Bank of America, Citigroup, Excelon, Facebook, Bancorp, Goldman Sachs, JPMorganChase, New York Life Insurance, PNC Financial... Starbucks!.

Let them bail out the failed banks.

The two failed banks, Signature and Silicon Valley Bank gave a total of approx. $75million.

Soros’ outfit Open Society Foundations gave less than half a billion: a mere $253 million. Pikers.

I call bullshit ...

They provided citation links to the great majority of the listed donations. The donations that were announced but not linked were not included in the total, nor were the $5 and $10 from the general public; so the actual donations could have been quite a bit higher than $83B.

Keep in mind that most of this is third-party money--average Joe pays for goods and services; woke companies use their profits to tithe to Democrats and communists, without “consent of the governed.”

“They provided citation links to the great majority of the listed donations. “

yeah, i looked at the list of links ... checked a few dozen ... most were zero ... only one had a donation of 9 million ... did you check enough to add up to $83 BILLION?

i clicked on several dozen of the links and they were all zero except one for nine million ... did you click on enough links that the total donations added up to $83 billion ...

Understood. Wish you had amplified your original "I call bs" statement to indicate that you believe the headline was bs. As we say in publishing,
“There's never time to do it right;
but there's always time to do it over.”
