Just silly to treat both sexes the same. Boys can’t get prego as an example. The guy was 16 when it began and 21 when it ended he wasn’t a wee little toddler lad. He was a hyper sexed horny young man—what was the old joke about guys that age? They would make love to a pine board knot if they wouldn’t get splinters.
She didn’t molest him once or twice or 88 times, it was 300 times and he kept going back for more.
They were going steady whether or not it was said aloud.
Slap her wrist and drop the stupid charges I say. He damn knew well what he was getting into—pun intended.

Laws about sex with minors exist to protect children. We can debate about what age a minor should be, but once society collectively comes to a reasonable consensus, then the law (and punishments) need to be enforced. Sexual abuse (and inappropriate relationships between teachers and students are already out of control). The consequences need to be severe. Some boys might not be affected as much as others in some negative psychological way, but that is beside the point. It’s about maintaining healthy relationships between adults and minors.

Nope. The law is the law. Shes an adult and is an authority figure atthe school he went to.
This is just trying to get a woman off the hook for using minors to quench their sexual appetite.
We zre told it males no difference if a girl likes it and shes a minor. So that doesn’t factor in at all. Age of consent holds for all minors because they are inexperienced and do not have decades of life experience. Adults especially women are master manipulators.
So frigging typical. If she got pregnant she would sue him for child support and in most places win. The adult rapist wins child support from a minor male.
Boys and men need to have the law apploed equally to women. They want to be equals the laws need to apply to them the same dam way.
