Trans chocolate.
They threw away all the good will they had taken decades to build and for what?
Yuck! Soy or one of those gross ersatz milks. NEVER, although I already gave up on them for their trans bar. Sad, for a lifetime chocoholic.

So he’s the clown they think owns the pronouns “her” and “she”. I would have assumed “They”, “them” and “its”.
They say younger consumers want this. I think it’s just the latest fad for them and will get bored with tasteless stuff.
I called Hershey’s US office and told them I was boycotting. I liked their products, but celebrating a man pretending to be a woman on Women’s Day was just one woke over the line.
I won’t miss any of those as long as I can still have my Butterfingers.
Thanks for the list.
Definitely won’t be buying HeShe candy brands. They disgust me.
I'm a Goldenberg's Peanut Chews kinda gal. They are the best. A Philadelphia original confection.
I’ve never seen those. Maybe they don’t ship to California?
They are made in Philadelphia and started out as a regional candy. If you want to sample just one and you have family/friends in the east coast region who would send you a sample, they are usually to be found in the Wawa convenience store chain. Otherwise, I think Amazon sells quantity orders.
They are so delicious because the peanuts are coated with molasses-sweetened nougat, encased with dark chocolate. They have lately been making a milk chocolate version, but the dark chocolate offsets the molasses better, IMO.
Maybe they have developed some distributors out west. Here is their web site:
Thanks for the link. It shows a Rite Aid near me, but supply issues might apply. I’ll check it out. I think the dark chocolate would keep it from being too sweet.
Interesting! The Rite Aid corporate HQ is also in Philly. I guess they formed a tie with Goldenberg's long ago.
Another Philly standard line of snacks are Tastykakes, always found in Wawa. Maybe they're in Rite Aid, too; but baked goods don't export to the left coast as easily as candies.
Good hunting for the dark chocolate Peanut Chews (red and brown package).
