He is the very model of a modern major-general . . .

Young people don’t want to die or get injured, deal with the stress of Army life.

As many drugs and dumb chances as the take they would be safer in the Army.

TicToc teens are the first to be colored gone.

They need to double if not triple the pay for starters. Retention in todays military absolutely sucks. We are headed into a world war. With Russia then Likely China. Let some rich college kids fight the next war.

This sounds like some creepy spin from above to start a war and a draft. WTH is going on with statements like this? People have always joined for a job or patriotism, among whatever personal things shifted them to a military option to earn money, but “safety” was definitely never one of the military benefits, no matter how stupid one might be. Sheesh.

As you point out, it's retention. Starting pay isn't going to help if they're leaving anyway.

The military is not going to recover from the mandates to take the Jim Jones Jab without changing the pay and compensation along with the active duty service commitment.

There are too many who won't start down a narrow path only to be told they'll lose it all unless they get violated with an injection.

There are too many who look at it as a one-and-out who won't risk their life and health for a short-term goal.

If I remember right the US military ‘didn’t want to hear’ Rush on the Far East Network.

It may be that traditional Americans aren’t even applying in any great number anymore given what this recruiter is saying are the main concerns of the potential recruits.

I’d actually be much more concerned about the quality of recruits today than the quantity. Once the old guard(Real Americans) leave this military will be unable to defend the country.

Young people don’t want to die or get injured, deal with the stress of Army life and put their lives on hold.

They “just don’t see the Army as something that’s relevant,” said Maj. Gen. Alex Fink, head of Army marketing. “They see us as revered, but not relevant, in their lives.”

And increasingly, many of them aren't in good enough physical condition to become soldiers.

Traditional Americans fear for their safety?

The military senior pink brass told the conservative class that produces most of the warriors you are: bigots, to straight, to masculine, to Christian and to conservative. Who in their right mind would want their children to join an organization that trashes everything you tried to instill in your children and puts a bullseye on their back.

Now they have their woke military which is failing. When they get into another war which they and the warmongers, many on FR are wailing for they will get their butts handed too them. And my military age sons will sit your next war out. The left and the warmongers can offer up their flesh and blood for their wonderful communist government.

Maybe a Larry Fink relative.

Nah, just that conservative young people may not be interacting with military recruiters or taking these military surveys in the first place because they have already ruled out military service due to the woke mess the military is in. So the military isn’t hearing from them some of the true reasons for the recruitment shortfall like anti-white racism, lack of meritocracy, forced vaccinations, affirmative action hires that make battlefields death traps, a CIC that is both morally deranged and demented and who shows no compunction in getting soldiers killed.

I think they know the reasons. I can’t imagine that straight white conservative males are signing up in anywhere near the same numbers as previous years.

They wanted to or were ordered to. Or both.

The more women in the Military the weaker it will be. What will happen if we have the same percentage of females in our military as we have in college right now 60/40 % . Not going to go well in a serious conflict.
