The questions that no one is asking is

1) Who authorized and organized this rogue group of cops?

2) Who supervised this group?

3) Were they trained to do what they did?

4) Who had the authority to disband the group?

5) Is this the first documented incident of violence performed by this group?

Others alleged that creating the unit in the first place to reduce black-on-black crime was racist.

and yet, the reason the unit was created in the first place was it was alleged that not having blacks on the PD specifically to address black-on-black crime was itself racist, reminding one of the old adage, damned if you do, damned if you don't
