If that’s the case, then which ever cops did that need to be charged with murder as well, if they already aren’t.

The thing that is puzzling, though, is that reports are from what I read, that the EMTs were just standing around laughing as well. If they had really wanted to help the guys, I would expect different behavior from them, like being agitated, pacing, arguing with the cops, etc.
