I have written letters to state and federal senators and congressmen. They have NEVER responded “on topic”. The only responses I ever received was a form letter that addressed other issues, indicating what a swell job the rep did with voicing those issues in committee. We live in an oligarchy of self-serving morons. The notion of self-governance is a ruse at this point in time.

The ‘emotional and inaccurate responses’ are the ones posted by the hysterical opponents of the vaccines.

Yup.
They don't care very much about letters from constituents. If you do get a response, it is from an unpaid intern who selects a form letter from a collection of different topics. And the intern will add your e-mail address to their mailing list for the newsletter.
The interns may skim your letter to see if you are requesting assistance in a dispute with a federal agency. Some congressmen do like to show off their clout by intervening in a few such cases.
Other than that, a letter to your congressman has no real effect.
People who can assemble six figure campaign donations will get a hearing. Seven figure campaign donations will get lobbyists to write legislation favorable to the donors.

I work with someone from Wuhan. Her parents told her people were dying suddenly before we even went into lockdown. I know people who died with Covid. I don’t know anyone who dropped dead immediately after getting the vaccine. I had Covid in September and had heart issues immediately afterwards. I didn’t have heart issues after 3 vax’s. I have a former student who got “long Covid” but finally went to a real doctor and discovered she had heart damage.
So my experience is that the vax is less of a problem than Covid. Everything else I read sounds like speculation.

I used to write Cornyn a couple times a year but stopped after getting boiler-plate responses that boiled down to “Thank you for writing. We will give your comments the consideration that we think they deserve.”
Very few multi-term WDC elected officials ever see constituent correspondence and care even less about it. The deep state fills their rice bowl and keeps it topped off so pleasing the peons at home does not register on their radar.
The same thing that happens when you write them about other issues. You get a form letter saying thank you....
Have you read anything at all on this subject?

1. Look at death rates in vax mandate countries vs. non.
2. Look at when the spike in death rates in the US happened. Not in 2020, but immediately when the vax came out (end of 20 / early 21).
3. Look at the MASSIVE increase in every disease condition in the US military after it mandated the vaxx. And after a few months the Pentagon ludicrously ascribes the heath disaster to a database problem.
3. The data on heart problems, cancer, stroke and every other disease, sorted by vax status and age, is KNOWN but not RELEASED by our CDC. Why not?
The vast majority of the people (here anyway) that died with Covid were well beyond their expiration date; Ie: late seventies. Or with other medical conditions.
My spouse (in a nursing home) got Covid and only had a runny nose. She was fine for months after. They gave her the shot and she passed away within 2 weeks.
My grandson’s wife was a healthy teenager (19) who worked in the medical field. she was forced to get the shot, and has been in and out of the hospital ever since with all sorts of problems including swelling of the brain. She ended up in a wheelchair, although now she just has to use a walker. She can’t work anymore and is on SS disability.
I once wrote to my rep (Patty Murray) and all I got in return was notice of a restraining order against me...

For only one letter? Seems odd.
It was many years ago amidst a reelection campaign. I was much more activist then, attending the rallies for various candidates (on both sides) and posting on the political blogs of the day.
I had gotten myself kicked out of several rallies and apparently brought notice upon myself. I didn’t really care and actually considered it a badge of honor.
I wish I still possessed the horsepower to do all that.

Some of us were doing exactly that right from the start, going to PubMed and NIH and looking at their research papers long before there were any vaccines.
There were hundreds of papers listing the cardiovascular damage caused by the virus, including clots, micro clots, inflammation, myocarditis, stroke. Those papers will still be there.

One new 2023 paper on the vaccines states that 97% of reported problems are identical to what the virus itself can cause, which makes identifying the actual cause difficult. Something like anaphylactic shock would be unique to the vaccines.

Also, consider the fact that so many COVID infections are asympomatic. These effects maybe from a COVID infection you didn’t even know you had.
