I expect the oligarchs who truly run the Biden administration are not a completely unified and monolithic group. There must be factions within the cabal, who have conflicts as to methods and objectives. Adverse information revealed about Biden or Harris is a reflection of those conflicts between two of the factions.
Biden has followed directions from the cabal to the best of his abilities. They would keep him in the office forever if they could. But Biden is declining into senility and is less capable every month to follow directions. At some point he will fail to be useful. He is also at severe risk of unscheduled death as a result of the drug cocktails they keep giving him in order to make public appearances. He might just die from natural causes due to his aneurism or a stroke.
The cabal cannot risk an unscheduled or uncontrolled transition of the Presidency.
Harris appears to be too stupid and bad-tempered to follow directions from the cabal. Perhaps some agreements have been reached on to deal with this. I could see her being a caretaker President for a week or so, until Newsome is appointed President. But more likely, a pair of political unknowns will be the replacement team.
Harris will depart voluntarily unless removed by an "unfortunate and tragic event" that can be blamed on Donald Trump and his supporters.
