I suspect the National Archives office or someone with knowledge about those documents reached out to Biden’s handlers and quietly told them some docs are missing, and they all spent the next three months getting past the midterms and wargaming the least politically risky way to own up to it all.
Because really now… why else would these “amazing finds” be happening?

Instead of having his houses raided by the FBI, he’s on vacation, with staff eliminating any remaining documents from the crime scene.
Doubt that they will ever disclose what the subject matter of these documents contained. If these documents did contain such damming evidence, they would have been destroyed by either being burned and/or shredded.
Question for a lawyer type here on Free Republic. If I employ a lawyer and he finds evidence of my crimes does he not have a legal obligation not to disclose this as it would hurt his client? I still do not understand the motive of his lawyers nor why they were going through his papers.

Does a tree make sound when it falls if no one is around? Does a defense attorney destroy evidence if no one is around?
In my opinion, the sensitive information that is being withheld likely points to CIA participation in the Kennedy assassination.
That is the only item I can imagine that would be harmful enough to conceal for 60 years. It would justify immediate dismantling of the agency today, even if all the perpetrators are long dead.
In times past I dismissed such theories as crackpot diversions. After the last few decades of revelations, those "conspiracy theories" do not seem to be so unlikely. Too many of the wildest notions I ever heard turned out to be 100% verified truth a few years later.
Government officials can and usually will lie about anything that might reflect badly on them. That is consistent over decades.
I have no doubt OBAMA is p’od to the max about this. This may come back to his door one day soon.
I think the coverup is using this fake document ‘discovery’ by keeping Biden out of the investigation that Jim Jordan and his group outlined. ‘Suddenly’ the demented Joe is being given lines to read “hey that was a locked garage!” to emphasize he isn’t capable of defending himself. His handlers wouldn’t trust Joe to answer questions the press has without giving him lines to say)
So with the President ‘suddenly’ too demented to function, he will not answer questions implicating China, Ukraine, Hillary, Obama etc.
