The good news is that gas is going back up now that the electoons are over and the RATS were able to pull their ‘nads out of the fire long enough the suck the ignorant back over to their side.
‘Soon’ started during March of ‘22.
The Dow is an irrelevant metric/index. The S&P 500, while vastly better than the Dow, still excludes over 3000 companies from its index. VTI is a better idea of how the overall market is doing, which this year has been between the 500 & Nasdaq but closer to S&P
The headline is fake news. The Dow was only down 73 points which is a rounding error on 33,000.

But it is up from the 32K and change the last time I looked at the number a couple of weeks ago, so as far as I am concerned, the Dow is up.
It is an outdated view of the world economy.
