I was going to post something about midgets farming (”shrimp farms”, get it?), but a web search of that phrase is too bizarre. This world is truly messed up.

Absolute bullspit. Someone dimed him out, likely his wife who wanted him out of the picture. A phone call was cheaper and less risky than hiring a hit man, while also letting her claim any reward. Wife, girlfriend, business partner and so on. The arrest was due to someone ratting out this Shrimp Farmer. The Guatemala police are not pro-active.
