Problem is, they have to charge and convict him of insurrection. Too much exculpatory evidence that those weenies on the Jan 6 committee refused to show\release.

And is the Presidency a civil position and as CIC can he be considered military ?

If not, then there really isn't any grounds here ?

None of this should ever get off the ground. If it comes to it, I hope Pres. Trump is agressive in the courts with this as it looks like the Jan 6 committe is looking recommend (which DOJ can ignore) an insurrection charge, among others.
