What is that?
I gave up TV and cable 10 years ago. The last thing I watched was reruns of ER. It was interesting. I like watching old TV, like Bonanza now....on YouTube. Books are better, but cooking shows are fun. And dog vids make me very happy.
Female. Zero criminal consequences.
Have you seen “A Taste of History” with Chef Walter? You get American history and cooking. Great show!
Yes. I binge watch TV series while programming. Mostly just background noise but I follow it when things are building or I am waiting for something to finish uploading. I am not exaggerating when I say I have watched easily over 100 series, probably close to 200. I don't care if it is good or bad, I will finish it and then move on to the next
This was one of only 3 that I could not finish. It started out OK with some liberal bias but I'm used to that. It eventually got so liberal with each episode containing a conservative stereotypical straw man that the woke hospital staff had to defeat that I finally said I've had enough
It became unwatchable
‘I – up’
I threw up?
I backed up?
I went up?
I wound up?
I made up?
Is it a crime if she was writing fiction in the first place?
I hope not.
Yes, it shows poor character and the network, publishing house, etc. might not want to deal with her any longer but I can’t see charging her with a crime.
Fraud? Hmm....
That old movie “Quiz Show” had a line - something like “Cheating on a game show - isn’t that like plagiarizing from a comic strip?”
She was lying to her company about a fake health condition she said she had. And people she worked with. I am sure she got time off and benefits related to these lies. Thats criminal behavior.
She also lied about health issues of another in her family to work people. She may have gotten benefits from this as well.
