Give me a white clam pizza from Pepe’s in New Haven... This weekend going to Connecticut’s Colony Grill that just opened in Midtown Tampa for a Hot Oil Pizza. Colony Grill is owned by 4 friends from the Trumbull Little League, who won the LL World Series in 1988. One of the owners is NHL hall of famer Chris Drury.

I think it was all of those Friday lunchtime fried clams in the
elementary school cafeteria. BLECH!!
A local clam digger was buddies with someone on the local school board in the 1970s.
And I cleaned lots and lots of mussels in kitchen of an Italian restaurant when I was 17.
I remember thinking: 'People actually EAT these gross things?' - BLECH!
