MA tanks are offensive in nature.

That’s what the big gun is for.

to spend TWICE as much money on Ukraine as we spend on roads and bridges in a year.

One of the reasons I will need to change from a small sedan to a larger SUV type truck as government is no longer doing what they are supposed to do and instead are redirecting funds to social issues. People will only support so many billion dollar bond initiatives to spend on core responsibilities.

When they spend money on roads and bridges, they have to actually have construction company fronts to move equipment and dirt around and pretend to do work before they get their kickbacks.

With Ukraine money, it’s just moving cash around. Much easier.

We have invested many trillions over the years to counter the potential threat the Soviet Union and then Russia presented. The stronger they are, the stronger we have to be, and the more expensive it gets.

What is happening now is a massive degradation of Russian military capability. They have lost huge numbers of tanks, APC's, artillery tubes, etc., and don't really have the capacity to replace them any time in the foreseeable future. They've burned through most of the operational equipment that had been stored since the Soviet era, and accordingly are becoming less of a military power as each day goes on. And all of this is happening without the loss of life of a single U.S. soldier.

The way I look at it, the amount of money we're spending to achieve this degradation of Russian military capability is a massive bargain. Reducing the military threat to Europe posed by Russia will enable us to dedicate a higher percentage of our military capability to other potential adversaries, such as China.

I wouldn't want to commit U.S. troops to this war, and I wouldn't want to continue this level of military support for an indefinite number of years into the future. But right now, it's a bargain.

So where are the Jewish death camps that you’re implying make Ukraine the equivalent of Nazi Germany? I don’t recall the Russians liberating any of those yet....

There were no death camps in 1939 either, worm tongue. That’s what this war is being fought to prevent.

Oh. So Russia invaded Ukraine because it was worried that at some point in the future, the Jewish President of Ukraine was going to set up and run concentration camps to exterminate Jews. Even though such camps didn't exist, none were being built, and no such program was ever found. Got it.

The death's head symbol has a military history going back nearly 300 years, long before the Nazis, and was worn on uniforms back in the 1700's. It's a typical bit of military bravado signifying that the soldiers wearing it will bring death to their enemies. Now, given that the Nazis used it, it's probably a stupid thing for modern troops to put on their uniforms because of the potential connotation. But it is ridiculous to equate the wearing of that symbol by some soldiers with Ukraine's intent to begin exterminating jews. It's just ridiculous.

Sure Adolph...and the swastika tattoo is just a meaningless Hindu religious symbol.

You deceitful western clowns are just incredible.
