I have the New Faces of 1952 album. It was part of my parents' collection. You should see all the talent in that show!

Clary visited concentration camps, or he was imprisoned in one as child?

He was in one as a child. It’s in the article. Something like 12 of his close family were put in the camps - only he survived. Three others in his family were not captured and survived the war.

Sad to hear...
OTOH another one of those for whom my very first reaction is “is this an old story being reprinted for some reason? I thought he’d been dead for years!”

Thank for the laughs! RIP.

I hear you. I’m 58 and it takes instrumentation and chemical analysis to find out there’s anything “wrong” with me.
I have aches and pains, but they’re unrelated to what’s “wrong” with me...
...and I have to use reading lenses...
...but that’s it.
I’m tempted to chuck the Doc and just live, until I die.

Nazi crimes made Yad Vashem necessary.
Captured Nazi records made Yad Vashem successful.

Mixed feelings about Hogan Heroes, had a neighbor down the road who survived when his B-16 was shot down over Germany and spent rest of war in a stalag. He loved the show. My feeling about the show stem from Bob Crane’s behavior after the show. Sad because several of the actors won Emmy’s for their performances.
