It looks like the Telsa (if indeed this is the same car on the same day, since it seems to be getting dark out since the beginning, which means an improbable long drive) is not trying to crash but will not slow down, and attempts to thread a needle at the last, but the wagon it hits likely does not register as a vehicle, vs. the truck. The girl(?) on the bike barely is missed.

AFAIK virtually every instance of unintended acceleration over the years has been driver error. There’s no reason to assume this is something new and different just because the vehicle involved is a Tesla. It has the usual brake/accelerator arrangement, doesn’t it? The one exception I heard about many years ago was a screw working loose in a carburetor which somehow opened the throttle, forcing the driver to turn off the key.

Yet there is no carburetor here.
