I understand...before the woke-world/cable TV...New Years Day was...Football Day. 'like it started at 10am and finished around midnight with the Sugar Bowl...go to sleep with football eyes(and usually a depressed kid...after watching UofM/Bo blow yet another bowl game).
Now I just find other things to do in my old age.

My Huskies from UConn beat UMass to be 5-5. Didn't think we would be talking bowl games this year but Jim Mora could run for governor and win...The Jim Mora formerly of the NFL?!

Yeah, now there’s a bowl game on almost every day from nearly Christmas through the New Year. Everybody wanted in on the money. Just not the same.

Yeah, we are happy. It’s hard being a Jacket fan. The team is pulling together for a change.

Didn't know Air Force had already beaten Navy...
Well, Army and Navy will still play for local bragging rights.

I heard it both ways, the S was for School or State. Either work for me though I usually use State.

My daughter went there for one year and now my niece is there. Went to Morgantown three weeks ago for the WVU - Baylor game and had a great time. I highly recommend a football game trip to M’town.

Yep...Go to Disneyland, Go to Hollywood, Go to the Beef Bowl....get their butts kicked.
When I moved from MI to California, first place I stopped was the Rose Bowl, just to visit the ACTUAL scene of...
...the crime, LOL.

I’m too far away to go there now, but I hear you. I love the college game more than the NFL. Great talent, with lots of emotion. Pros just don’t seem to do that the way kids do. I guess that’s what makes them professionals.

Well well well.... LSU is leading Bama in the fourth.... Wouldn’t that be something if Bama were to lose.

It’s been back and forth the whole game and Bama retook the lead. Likely will be whoever has the ball last.
