Like the people of AK, IA, and WV wanted this bill.
The Senate just passed a bill that went against the First Amendment. And they all swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution:
First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
I see lots of cases headed to the SC in the future.
Mike Lee had it right and his Amendment should have passed.
He was doing right for his state of Utah.
Now Mitt Romney......
I think he will have a very hard time getting reelected.
