Saw that on the Ingraham show. Turns out the bylaws of the Hispanic Caucus says members must be Democrats.

Remember that Col. West (R-FLA) wanted to join the Black Caucus to try to influence them. They booted him out because he was not Democrat.

I would suggest she contact the EEOC with a claim of discrimination based upon her political beliefs, but then Congress has exempted itself from federal employment regulations.
