"How dangerous?"

Up to 2 million so far dead in the US or about 0.57% of the population. Even less if you're in Atlanta Georgia. As blacks are the largest group that are pure bloods. Ruff estimates that would be about 1,500 people or 1 in 330 in Atlanta.
You likely wouldn't notice it in traffic even without the steady flow of illegals coming over the broader.

If know your neighbors you might have notice some people that have died but without looking into how they died you wouldn't know.

My estimates of the total death from the injections is about 1/3 will die that has taken them in 10 years or about 60 million in the US. Mostly from HIV related deaths as everyone got some HIV. Neurological disease and cancer. That will come out to be around 12 to 15% in Atlanta (up to 75,000 or 1 in 6.66) in 10 years. Which will still not be noticeable on the road considering the illegals coming across the boarder if that doesn't change.

In other words if you base your observations on road traffic you might want to be a little more observant.
