Yep, It’s a female Eclectus. They are like the pit bull of parrots.
They can be really sweet, but if they do bite, they don’t let go.

My good friend has a parrot that he loves as much as I do my dog. He would blow your head off if he caught you trying to steal it. When I call him at home I can hear the bird saying “hello”, “hello” in the background when he picks up the phone.

Such dirty language. She sounds like a mean drunk sitting at a bar, holding her fourth or fifth shot of Johnny Walker, loudly complaining to everybody at how bad she gets treated.
At times, the owner is playing along with her.
She learned all that Sailor Talk from an abusing home.
