If anyone is making death threats, the claims of which seem highly dubious if not invented just for the purpose of making money, it is the fault of those doing it. I don’t care what “insane” things a person says. If they are outright lies, the burden is on those who claim they are victims to prove the words are wrong and that they’ve been somehow victimized by them. But you apparently want the government to regulate our speech to include only what is acceptable to it. Welcome to true totalitarianism them. You asked for it.

And by the way, as I said before, jones defaulted. The judge didn’t do it to him. He did it to himself . Whose fault is that?
The legal rules on how to earn a default judgment are clear, well known and commonly used in every court in the nation. Jones’ case was no different. His claim now that it was all a kangaroo court is quite laughable. The guy is a dirtbag anyway you cut it. He just keeps the gullible fools on the end of his pole, hook line and sinker. He counts on the suckers and they don’t disappoint.
The judiciary isn't suing him.
